here are the edited images that I thought could look nice on the boards, just done variations in colour to match what you guys have done. 

I have changed the colour of the flowers to match as well as I thought the bright pink clashed with the rest of the board.

Two of the three finished models to show progression and variety.

The last picture shows two finished models and an empty bouquet/dust pan. The newest model is being dyed and bound and will be placed in the dust pan.

I made a model of the design, although it is not in the right material I think it works well just to demonstrate the idea. 

I have tested out different ways to present the design, trying out different colour tones and styles. 

 

I like the black and white style with a hint of violet. 

Sketch models

 I made a rough model (just testing the strands) and tried out different materials to bind it with 

I used thin chain as I thought it could add some texture to the piece - I thought it looked quite cheap and not umbra. 

 I then tried some pretty ribbon as I thought this could add colour and detail 

 I then tried some thick soft ribbon - it was comfy to use but did not look right. 

 I cut up some silk fabric - I thought it looked nice but still not suitable

 I also tried out elastic to keep the strands really tight but it just folded them

I then tried out big silk ribbon - I really liked this material but overall it was too much like a Christmas product

 As the strands were just bound together they could be split and put onto a hook (thought it could be a very simple version)

after the ribbon I looked back at umbra's range and the products normally only have one main colour so I brought some acrylic string/ribbon. It is really soft to hold but also strong enough to keep the strands together well. I really like this material as I think it works well with the product and it is still simple to make.  

I really like the pan design - this was just an experiment to see if it works - I think we still should have the pan as we have designed.
