Here are a few flower broom model photos which I thought would look really nice in the presentation on Monday. I will be sending over a film of me talking about it later on today. Maybe it could be edited so it acts like a slide show of the model with my voice running over it.

I think it shows the artistic side of the products as well as the function aspect.

We just got strips of color/see-thru PVC and will be cutting, molding, and placing into existing blinds. Both final mock ups will be done tonight and we plan on video taping us using them tonight.

Here are my developments of the designs.

A few sketches of the flower broom

Then I made a model to show the concept; using foam for the flowers

I developed the balloon concept so it would be like the balloons are floating away with the coats

Then I made a rough model to show the shape of the balloon

I like the shape but I think it may be very heavy, so it could be made so the balloons are actually vinyl stickers perhaps

I have also been thinking about the blind concept so made a very rough model of how I think it could work

There could be a landscape silhouette stamped out repeatedly with different colours for the different seasons each one creating a different mood within the space.
